Bounce Zone’s Policies

 

Delivery/ Pick-ups:

Delivery, Set up, take down, and Pick up will happen on your event date in most cases. On busy weekends we may need to delivery a day early, and or keep it at the event location a day later.  Per our rentals agreement we may deliver 72 hours before the reservation date, and we may need to pick up 72 hours after the ending time of the reservation. 

After we make a schedule we will not be able to change the times. If you make a reservation from 11AM-6PM this means we will delivery before 11AM ( Possible a day or two early) , and pick up at 6PM at the earliest. ( Possible a day or two later) This applies to the 9AM-4PM reservations time as well.  If you would like to request an overnight rental for an extra fee please let us now. 

Delivery is not included with the price of rental. You must supply us with one 110-volt standard outlet (electrical charges will be your expense). We provide the electrical cord. The set up location needs to be within 75 feet of the blower. We can not add more electrical cords. That will damage the blower. Our electrical cord needs to be plugged directly into the outlet. Splitters, and more extension cords will damage the blowers motor.

 

Set up Surface:

We can only set up on GRASS unless we approved something different.  We can not set up on dirt, sand, gravel, pavement, or any surface that could possible damage our rental equipment. If we arrive and find any of these it will be considered a cancelation on your behalf. 

 

Refunds:

Per our rental agreement we DO NOT offer refunds. We may, or may not offer you a credit for a reservation at a later date depending on the situation. If the weather doesn’t cooperate this still applies.  If given store credit the credit is good for three years from the original reservation date.

Bounce Zone reserves the right to reschedule at anytime.

 

Balance due:

If you have a balance it’s due three days before the reservation date. If you fail to make the final payment three days before the event date it will be considered a cancelation your behalf. We will remind you four days before the reservation date about any balance due.  We will not be able to put you in our delivery schedule, or load the rental items in our trucks if the balance isn’t paid in full. Per our rental agreement if you cancel any payments made will NOT be refunded. A non payment three days before the event date is considered a cancellation on your behalf.
