Important Delivery information:

• If you are renting a water slide PLEASE DO NOT turn the blower off. We will drain the pool area at pick up.
• If it does raining PLEASE DO NOT Turn the blower off for any inflatable rental. 
• Please have someone available to direct our crew. 
• If your address is sometimes difficult to find please  let us know ahead of time. 
• Please have your ID available at delivery.
• The blowers for the Inflatable unit needs to be within 75 ft away of the electrical outlet. To prevent damage to the blower motor we can not use multiple extension cords. We provide the extension cord.  
• If your renting a water unit please have the garden hose out and ready to use before we arrive. This will help us stay on time for our other rentals. 
• Never turn the blower off. Its makes it easier for us at pick up. 
• We can only set up inflatables on grass. We will not install on any dirt area’s.  We will not install in areas that could possibly damage our equipment. 
• Please DO NOT move our rental equipment.  
• Please don’t hesitate to call us with ANY questions.

1. NO shoes on any Inflatable.
2. NO flips on any Inflatable.
3. Feet first only on any slide.
4. NO SILLY STRING (Replacement of unit)
5. NO GUM($150 fee or replacement of unit)
6. NO fireworks. Firework ashes will damage the inflatable. 
7. No Food or Drinks inside the Inflatables.
8. Please do not turn off the blower off at any point.
   
9. We don’t provide water for any water unit. ( Yes, that question has come up at delivery)
10. We don’t provide Ice for the Sno-Kone Machines.  ( Yes, that question has come up at delivery)
11. We don’t provide  the electricity.  ( Yes, that question has come up at delivery)
12. You may not put anything on the slides.    Dry slides are to stay dry. Wet slides are for water ONLY.   No soap!  Water ONLY.   ( Cleaning fee’s will apply for anything other than water)
13. Please don’t cut the grass if the inflatable is set up.  (Cleaning fee’s will apply)
