Robert was great helping me understand the process and flexible when I needed to reschedule due to a tropical storm. The documents were easy to understand and the delivery and set up were prompt and efficient. The kids had a blast all day! Pick up was on time and the area was cleaned up. We will definitely book again in the future.

Amazing service from beginning to end, you will not be disappointed!!! Very prompt with pick up and delivery. Extremely professional from beginning to end! Will always recommend and rent from Bounce Zone!

Great service and the only company around that would set up and take down on a Sunday. Will use them going forward for all our events.

Great service! Bounce house was clean and looked great! It arrived as scheduled and we got to keep it longer than planned which was cool for the kids!

I found this company via Google. All of the information I was looking for was readily available (options, pricing, availability, etc). There was great communication through email. The crew was punctual and helpful to answer our questions when they delivered. When they picked up, they didn't need us at all. It went up and down super quickly. The party was a blast and the kids (and some parents) had the best time.

They set up all of my rentals exactly where I asked them too and gave great instructions on proper use of the machines. The crew was friendly and accommodating. I have used Bounce Zone in the past for other events and will ONLY use them in the future!! Thanks for making my event special.

Amazing rental experience! Not only was the slide so fun for all ages, but the price was also fair considering how long we had the slide for. Staff were friendly and the slide was very clean. Would rent again next summer for sure!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great crew! They truly cared about our rental. They explained that our rental was used the previous day and got wet if we would like a different option or stay with what we had. We chose to stay with what we had and the crew took the time to dry it and even let our daughter help. Extremely friendly!! Set up and pick up was a breeze. I will definitely recommend your services to others!

Posted on InflatableOffice

I absolutely loved renting from bounce Zone! The process was super easy and any questions I had was easily solved with an email that was responded to extremely quickly. Originally was looking for a bounce house for a kids party and found one and I was easily able to get the selected one for what I think is an affordable extra cost to get it as a wet/dry combo. The set up was all done by such nice and friendly people. Kept the kids busy for hours had a hard time trying to keep them out of it they were having so much fun. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future as they more than satisfied my needs and went above and beyond with their customer service response time.

Best quality rentals, best customer service. I’ve heard from friends some other local companies are not customer friendly and are just interested in renting their supplies out. Glad we chose wisely! Thanks

Bounce zone is an incredible company to rent from. We had a party for a 2-year old and she was soooo excited at the Mickey Mouse clubhouse bounce house and slide. They were very fast and efficient when dropping off and picking up the inflatable. The price was more than reasonable and the whole process was awesome. We will most definitely rent from them again and have already recommended them to our friends. Thank you so much!!

We rented a dunk tank for our Employee Appreciation Event. Our employees had a blast with it! The tank was delivered promptly and when they came to pick it up they saw that we were still enjoying it and offered to come back the next day for the pick up. We really appreciated that. We will definitely be renting for A Total Jump Inflatables again !

This was our second time renting a waterslide bounce house combo from Bounce Zone. Their product and crew were outstanding each time. Posted on InflatableOffice

Bobby was prompt and courteous when we discussed our event and what we could rent from him. We discussed that due to the time of year we might not be able to rent certain items. Although this was mail-biting, it was good to know ahead of time and we were in constant contact about it. On the day, Zach and his helper showed up and promptly set everything up. They were both super courteous and very easy to work with. Upon return, even though they were breaking down a bunch of items, they did it efficiently and quietly - a funny thing to say considering they were breaking down the bouncy houses!! - as we still had a number of guests milking around. Renting from Bobby and his team was a total success. I told a number of people about Bounce Zone so hopefully that will lead to some additional business. I can’t wait for the next opportunity to hire them for their services. Thanks!

The first time a different company cancelled on us last minute because it was going to rain a little in the morning, it did before 8am and nothing after… Bounce Zone was super helpful, we booked online and confirmed with them the day after! This second time they were the only place we looked because we knew they wouldn’t cancel on us! They were here on time and the bounce house was in perfect condition!
